To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your provider

Shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nintronnitrox@gmail.com, including images of the issue.

We will make it right — promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
